My blog posts are typically based on "in the moment" thoughts, questions from clients, fitness and training advice or a little of everything . Today's was an "in the moment" thought.....as I was running a song came on that I could not resist changing my stride to and going from super serious to let's party! For those who know me I'm not known to be the let's party while working out type. But it sure was fun! So I thought why not give others as idea of what my playlist consist of and what music I use for certain workouts. I love lists....so here it is.....

2.) Runing hills in the woods- A-Flat, Black Violin
3.) Weight Training- Skillet, Awake and Alive
4.) Pick me up during a run- Bleachers, Rollercoaster
5.) Just leaving the AID Station of Mile 24- American Authors, Best Day of My Life
6.) Almost done with this mind sucking race- Stars of Track and Field, End of all Time
7.) Cardio Fit Training- The Glitch Mob- Fortune Days
8.) I just want to run and be happy!- Pete Bjorn, Young Folks (Today's happy song!)
9.) Endurance Lifting- The XX, Intro
10.) Core Burner w/ Sprints- The Script, If You Could See Me Now
